Hello beautiful ladies! Thank you so much for considering Women’s Empowerment Boudoir Photography for your boudoir photos! We are so excited to have you as a potential client! 

   If you have been looking into different photographers and have noticed some prices are a lot more, you may be thinking, “WHY ARE THESE SO EXPENSIVE.”

   First thing you should be asking yourself is, “what are you worth?” What price tag would you be putting on your self confidence and what would you pay to feel empowered in your own skin? If you are anything like me, feeling good in my skin , my self worth is PRICELESS! That is what boudoir photography is about. Empowering yourself and seeing yourself in a new light, a new way. Falling in love with who you are and the body you are in. Photos are just a small portion of the experience. We know how to capture flattering poses for all sizes. We get you dressed up with a makeup artist, getting your hair done, and not having to worry about finding an outfit because we have a client's closet!! 

   So what goes into a session? 

emails/messages back and forth prior to the session. (3-5 hours)

Preparation/setup time prior to the shoot (1 hour) 

Hair, makeup and shooting the photos (3-5 hours) 

Post-processing, editing and retouching (8-12 hours)

Albums and prints- design, ordering, quality control, etc. (1-2 hours)

Education 

Social media, website, blog, managing the business (1 hour per shoot) 

   We will spend 21-28 hours per client. 

Now let's break down what goes into a session money wise. 

Hair $50-$100+

Makeup $50-$100+

Location $50-$200+

Props, drinks etc $100-$300

Products $300+

That is $350-$1000+ per session. This does not include money spent on equipment, software, licenses, marketing, etc. Alos does not include the fact that, as a business, we have to set aside about 20-35% of what is paid to us for taxes alone! 

   Boudoir photography might seem very expensive, but always remember, you are trusting intimate photos of yourself to a stranger.
